This form is to be used in any of the following actions:

New Applicants may request a position or assignment with any of the above agencies.
New Applicants may request an assignment as a covert "contractor".
Current Staff Members may request changes to your current position or assignment.
Current Staff Members may submit changes to personal information.
Current Staff Members may request a leave of absence or resign their position.
Previous Staff members may reapply.

Please read the following carefully;

Applications are welcomed from everyone, regardless of sex, race, creed, gender, color, country of origin, life style, political, religious or other affiliations, language, computer skills, or any other discriminatory or qualifying requirements.

Background checks will be required for certain positions.

Photo's will be required for certain positions.

Extensive training is provided and is required all positions.

Applicants agree to a minimum time commitment of a minimum of 5 hours each week.

All positions are volunteer service, no compensation is paid. (unless otherwise specified)

All positions are free of cost to you.

Every Staff Member is assigned a Staff I.D.
and are for identification purposes
these are not police badges Numbers and do not infer police powers.

All Staff e-mail addresses are added to the "Interstaff" e-mail distribution list to insure open communications between all personnel. This will significantly increase your personal e-mail traffic. If you are opposed to this for any reason, do not apply for a position

Position requirements are:

Your conduct, attitude and actions will always be in the best interests of Cyber Safety, your fellow Staff and Team Members, the Internet and International community.

You will maintain the highest degree of personal integrity and ethical behavior.

You will conduct yourself with courtesy and respect that befits a true professional.

You will complete your assignments in a manner that displays the highest degree of professionalism.

You will remain actively and sincerely concerned about the welfare, safety and needs of all people.

"Important Note" You are becoming a member of the "Greatest Team the world has ever known". This team is comprised of people from around the world, as such there is only one common language that may be spoken, "courteous language" regardless of the vernacular or dialect.

Any act, action or comment directed toward any other team member or citizen of the International community, that even remotely appears to be rude, discourteous or disrespectful in any way, will be considered as your voluntary resignation.
